Teeth WhiteningCase OneMr. I had always been unhappy and self-conscious about his smile and had been considering a smile design for many years. He finally decided to make the leap and the results turned out amazingly! To be minimally conservative, we performed veneers from teeth #5 to 10 and then the patient was missing tooth #12 so we placed a bridge from #11 to 13. The patient also had cavities on his posterior molars which called for crowning teeth #3 and 14. He was one happy patient, as you can see from the final result! Case TwoCase ThreeMr. A was born with irregularly shaped lateral incisors and spacing of his teeth. After discussing the option of implants/bridges to give him his ideal smile, he elected to fabricate 2 anterior bridges. The diagnostic wax-up design was created and used as a guide to give him the ideal smile he had always dreamed of having. The results speak for themselves! Case FourMr. A was unhappy with the spacing of his teeth. Fortunately INVISALIGN exists and was a great option for this case. He was in aligners for 6 months of treatment and the patient had the result he had always desired! Case FiveMr. R had an old bridge fabricated in India and he was unhappy with the aesthetics. He was getting married soon and he wanted a more natural shape of the teeth to look very nice for his wedding photos. He needed Scaling and root planing to clean his teeth and then he performed an in-office whitening. We then performed the smile design. He was very happy with the results! Case SixMr. M was unhappy with the discolorations and irregular pattern of his front 4 teeth. He had a large diastema in between #8 and 9 and had composite restorations placed to close the gap. We decided to place veneers on the lateral incisors #7, 10 and crowns on #8 and 9. Case SevenCase EightMrs. S came into the office with broken front teeth. She was unable to smile because of the way she presented. We restored #8 and 9 with Composite (tooth-colored) restorations. The shade selection was a great match so her finished result looked perfectly natural. She left very happy knowing she can confidently smile again. Case NineThis patient presented with a very large diastema (gap) between her front teeth that she was very self conscious about and wanted to close the space as much as possible. I attempted to close it fully using tooth colored filling material on both of her central teeth. She was so happy with the final result that she started to cry. |
